Bonjour !

With 180 members, including about 80 students, the Alliance Française de Newcastle is where Francophiles meet. Thanks to our Committee and the teachers’ enthusiasm and hard work, we are providing classes to children, HSC students and adults. The Club BlaBla, the French Film Festival, the Bastille Day Lunch and other cultural nights are other opportunities to meet. Receive our newsletter, check on our website and please come along!

Bastille Day

Every year, around the 14th of July, come and celebrate Bastille Day with us! Last year, we had a French lunch at Tillermans restaurant in Tea Gardens. Bobby was playing some French songs in a friendly atmosphere. The menu was at $45 : Soupe, salade niçoise, main, dessert, wine included. Hum !
